Recipe for potato snacks:

Ingredients:

* 1 spoon garlic ginger paste. 

* 1 cumin.

* 4 to 5 chopped green chilli.

* 1 spoon sogh.

* 2 spoon red chilli.

* half spoon turmeric powder.

* 1 spoon salt.

* 2 glass water.

* green coriander.

* 1 cup suji.

* mint leaves.  

Recipe:

1.First we will take two peeled potatoes, peel them and then soak them in water.

2.Then add ghee to the pan and heat it and add garlic ginger paste to it.

3.Then add cumin.

4.Then add 4 to 5 chopped chillies.

5.Then add the soup for taste.

6.Then add two spoons of ground red chillies, half spoon of turmeric powder and one spoon of salt and two mashed potatoes and fry well for 3 to 4 minutes.

7.Then add two glasses of water and let it boil and add a lot of green coriander.

8.Then add a cup of semolina and mix it well..

9.Then they will tear it apart.

10.Then put mint leaves in it.

11.When the ghara is done, put ghee in a dish and sprinkle coriander leaves and set it.

12.Then keep it for 15 minutes to cool.

13.After cooling, cut into different shapes with the help of a knife.

14.Then put ghee in the pan and fry it on full flame.
