"Recipe for burfi"



 Ingredients:

1, 1.5 kg sugar 
2, 5 kg khoya
3,Ilachi powder

Recipe:

First of all we will take 5 kg of raw khoya
We will put the waste in the cauldron and burn it on the stove
Kharpa will continue to stir until the khoya becomes soft
After the khoya becomes soft, add 1.5 kg of sugar according to the horoscope
After the sugar dissolves, the sugar and khoya will cook for a long time
The sugar should dry out of the khoya and the khoya should become quite thick
Turn off the stove and leave it to cool in the kadai for some time
After the khoya cools down, take it out and leave it at normal temperature for further cooling for 4 to 5 hours.
After 4 to 5 hours, take it out of the dish and put one spoon of Ilachi powder and put dry fruits on your choose and cut it into small pieces as per your requirement.
