•1/2 cup Gefen Peanut Butter

•1/4 cup Gefen Honey

•2 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Soy Sauce

•1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

•2 tablespoons rice vinegar

•2 tablespoons white vinegar

•salt and pepper to taste

•2-3 green onions, cleaned and checked, cut (for embellish)

Make the Chicken Sticks

1.            Slice chicken into one-inch strips. Put away.

2.            Combine peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegars, salt and pepper. Blend well.

3.            Pour portion of the blend over chicken and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Hold remaining blend to use as plunging sauce.

4.            Preheat the stove to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Stick chicken and put on baking sheet.

5.            Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until completely cooked.

6.            Serve as a starter or fundamental course with rice or salad. Extraordinary for a work day supper or a Sunday night get-together. Utilize remaining sauce for plunging. Embellish with green onions.
